1. Introduction

Welcome to Getitdone, a service provided by WilGlobo Inc ("we," "our," or "us"), a Calgary-based social enterprise. By accessing or using our website, services, applications, or any other content provided by Getitdone (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms or the Services will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.

3. Use of Services

Getitdone provides an AI-powered automation platform that connects to various digital services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of WilGlobo Inc and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

4.1 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Services or its content
• Frame or mirror any part of the Services without our prior written authorization
• Use any robots, spiders, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Services

5. User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5.1 License to User Content

By posting User Content on or through the Services, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Services. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WilGlobo Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
